Miss Bahamas Kiara Sherman led a group of contestants to The Abacos for a quick introduction to the sailing history of Abaco and the colonial town of New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay. The morning tour was followed by an afternoon of leisure on the beach at Manjack Cay. Abaco attracts many sailors with the calm blue water of the Sea of Abaco (recently highlighted by a Twittering Lance Armstrong) and is known as the sailing capital of the world.
