Miss Dominican Republic, Miss Nicaragua, Miss Costa Rica, Miss Czech Republic and about 20 other Miss Universe Pageant contestants dropped into Exuma on Saturday, Aug. 8. The group was literally given a brass band reception upon arrival at the George Town airport. Comprised of 365 cays scattered across some of the most beautiful water in the world, The Exumas are a haven for the yachting crowd and attract many celebrities - most famously Johnny Depp - looking for peace, quiet and solitude. The highlight of the trip for the ladies was a catamaran cruise and stopover at Stocking Island for an afternoon on the beach and lunch at the famous Chat n Chill.
